Bulgarian barrel - consists of 16 sectors in 8 colors
(8 × 45 ° = 360 °) on the body, consisting of two
rotating halves (2 × 180 ° = 360 °). task
is to pair the sectors
by color, and also so that all sectors
with parts of the crown as the cap was on top.

I also own this puzzle; though mine is a little different to the one shown here, mine has a yellow and orange equator.

Here's what I know about it:
Invented in 2011 by Bulgarian Engineer Petyo Petkov
It's Bulgarian name is "Българско Буренце"

I made a demonstration video of the puzzle for those interested.
