(I did some search for this issue, but just found a 2 year old discussion that I thought better not to bump)

I recently find a lot of my sent PMs in the Outbox folder, instead of in the Sent folder. It doesn't seem to have anything to do with sending time or delivery queues, since I have more recent messages in my Sent folder.

Alex (APJ) suggested in an old post:

"if the messages are in the outbox then that means that they haven't been 'collected'. When the recipient gets and reads the message, it will go to sent messages"

Can anyone confirm it? Is that so? Does it simply mean that the recipient did not read the message, but he does have it in his inbox?

I'm just worried my messages won't be going through, since I'm currently doing some puzzle sale and responding to several PMs:
