It's not a game like that. The $200,000 is somewhere in the world, hidden. Each card has a puzzle which you solve, and gain a clue as to its location. The cards involve real locations all across the world. The more puzzles you solve, the more of the map you uncover essentially. Theres probably more things with the cards than just that, but that's at least the main part of it.

I'm going to guess that, if no one has won yet, the money is someplace that is locked, like a heavy duty safe or airport locker or something of that sort, and that the key to the safe is halfway around the world from the safe itself, also locked up, but in a combination locker which the cards help you find the combination.

Reminds me of the movie Rat Race.

Actually its not like that at all.

You can go to their website perplexcity.com

The first one was already recovered it took about 2 years for this to happen. The guy found it in staffordshire forest buried in clay. It was the prize called the receda cube. on Feb 4th 2007. They gave him his money then had a big party for him on Feb 24th. Now they have just released the second one.

The way it works you buy packs of cards with 7 cards in them, like you would booster packs, then you solve the puzzle and scratch off the area with the unique serial # on it. Type it in, put in your answer (you get 3 tries every 24 hours). If its right you get the points stated on the card. You accumulate points and also I believe the new one you get prizes along the way. It's not a puzzle where you need to travel in order to solve the puzzles, but just to find the final prize.

If that makes any sense at all.

I'm also waiting for the next ISIS adventure puzzle to come out.

That sounds pretty exciting, actually. Just for the experience of traveling in search of some mysterious treasure (like in old school yard games we all used to play).

Is that the few hundred dollar round puzzle you see on ebay every once in a while? What is that?

yes It's not really a puzzle for the american public becuase it takes place over in the UK. You have to open it, Inside is a key, and a code you go to the website and enter the code, it tells you where these pyramids are at and inside these are one gold coin with a redemption value of 1000 pounds and 20 silver coins with a redemption of 20 pounds.

The website tells you how many are left of the gold and silver coins but not at what locations.

The puzzle comes with hints that are coded. Apparently there will be 6 of these released all opened differently. It's very weighty and can be resealed and reopened. I actually like this puzzle but my daughter's name is Isis. :)
