I enjoy reading about puzzles, and have a number of different puzzle blogs and collectors pages on my auto-update for my iPad. (pathetic when I don't want to miss a single one isn't it?)
Well, I was reading
Brian's Damned Puzzle Blog on the train one day, and went back in time to the day he started. On the second or third post he shows a puzzle he made himself. Well, you know me and my "I can do that, I have man tools" attitude, I grabbed the bugs art box, stole some craft sticks, got out the Elmer's school glue and a strong pair of scissors and had a go.
So here you have my version of this puzzle:

An Oskar puzzle it isn't. But not bad for my first venture with 'wood'. It still needs sanding and rounding off of those rough edges, but that will have to wait until tomorrow when the glue is good and dry. Until then, I did manage a pretty shabby
video.
Tomorrow night? a 6x6 and an attempt at Oskar's Matchboxes. (I went out and got some just so I could make the puzzle!
