When I was younger I would spend a lot of summers at my Aunts. My cousins had this wooden puzzle. I never knew the name and I can't find it on the web. I drew it in paint. It was about a foot long, 3 to 4 inches high and 3 to 4 inches wide. Each hole had a different size(depth) to it and the pegs were different sizes too. So you just couldn't put the longest peg in the shortest hole. They had to all be even when each other. If anyone sees something like this while looking for puzzles...let me know in a pm.

I have a plastic version of this called Even Steven. It was made by Kohner in 1968. Trying to find the photo of it in my computer is like looking for a needle in a haystack. And forget about me going through my very haphazard storage to find it again soon.

They are quite often found on an auction site near you for a reasonable price if you are looking to get a new one.
