Today I can present another teraminx transformation. Greg's Triple Layer IcosahedronThis incredible design has been made by Greg. It is built with more than 500 pieces. The complete series shows the single-, double- and Triple-Layer Icosahedron (TLI) based on the designs of the Megaminx, Gigaminx and Teraminx. Stickers were cut by Oliver. Attachment:

Of all the Platonic solids the icosahedron is my favourite shape, it's a shame there are not more twisties based on this. This is a really nice puzzle, I wish I could afford to buy it. I hope you enjoyed applying the 720 stickers BTW, in the post title, shouldn't it be so, la, ti ..?

Is the Triple-Layer Icosahedron slightly concave or are my eyes just watering up? Will this be available on Shapeways? A beautiful puzzle.
