Hey everyone,

I've had this puzzle for a month now, but it just stood in a corner unstickered, so I decided to sticker it, as my last order was missing 91 pieces and I though I might as well give you another puzzle for the wait ^^

Super X: Dino + 2x2
Ultra X: Dino + 2x2 + partial heli
Hyper X: Master Skewb + 2x2

SO yes, this is a master skewb + 2x2. It was prototyped before Tom's stable super X so it is a bit wobbly although there are magnets. I'll let you see this for yourself.

As for the pictures, I'm sorry but I have a new computre which doesn't have adobe photoshop yet, so I won't be able to make good pictures until I get it.

Oh and if I'm not mistaken I haven't presented my printed version of the half-cube yet, so expect it soon too :)

Video !

Enjoy :D

Truly stunning.

I was eating pasta, swallowed, looked up, and did a classic David Tennant "...what...."

I just thought the same!
It's looks like 8 skewbs stacked to a 2x2x2 cube.
Very nice!

Very nice! The combination mechanisms are getting complicated...

For specs: This puzzle has 7 shells.

And Sigurd, I'm afraid this puzzle was designed with autoCAD and now I have solidworks, so all the puzzles I make are going to be much bigger and much more complex, so I won't make a revised version of the puzzle, and probably won't even sell it.

Great puzzle Greg. It would be interesting to see the mechanism, provided it isn't using the infamous NOMECH.

In my honest opinion though, the stickers are just a little too big. I think slightly smaller stickers would give the puzzle a world of good, asthetics wise.

Luke, thanks to Tom's tutorial, all my upcoming puzzles after this one will have home made sticker templates, thus much more adapted to the puzzle. They will all have nice looking stickers :)

Incredible. And it really looks like it actually consists of 8 skewb cubes stacked together.
This is crazy.

@ Andreas: Sorry, but I overwrited the picture with smaller ones for upload, and time-wise I have a few tests this week so it's gonna be hard. On the other hand, if by this weekend, I don't have the next puzzle, I'll make bigger pics :)

Thanks for all the kinds comments everyone !

(and I see no one noticed I uploaded it to the wrong channel ^^, soon to be corrected)

Awesome Greg!
I love that all the corners are like mini skewbs.

And to think no one understood this hint in the hint topic (looks like the combination of 8 skewbs)

Now, make each of the skewb rotations fully functional.
