Another nice bandaging mod. I was not really a big fan of the bandaged cubes, the these recent ones are quite nice. Were all of the stickers hand cut?

No, the stickers are not cut by hand.

Aargh, how annoying is it that I have wanted to this for AGES, but could never be bothered to do it? Oh well, Early bird and all that.

Very nicely done- both of these mods look (like gus said) mass produced quality.

I know that the quality of the stickers can really make or break a puzzle, and you have used machine cut ones, but how did you get the rest of the puzzle to look so good?

This one is a bandaged 5x5x5, into a cubic 3x3x5 yes? You must have capped/ filled the little fillets in between the bandaged pieces yes? How did you do that without adding any visible thickness?

I had to do a similar thing when I did my 3x3x5 from a 3x3x4. In the joint between the pieces, I opened it up slightly with a 3-square file, and then filled the groove with Apoxie Sculpt. After sanding, moothing and polishing, the joins were almost invisible.
