Also like your background, is dat the light going trough a prism like medium or a rainbow painted sheet?

When you say it is an easy mod, is it something a novice could do? Did you use 2 3x3x2s? I can see redundant pieces, but where is the mechanism? Sorry, I have never made a mod and am looking at this and see a maybe?

Cheers,
Burgo.

PS it's beautiful.

yes, i think a novice can be do this,
but you need to choose a 332 which the axis is shorter.
otherwise, the axis may be cut.

use one 332 is enough if you cut it accurate
you may see the follow picture

Great mod! Sometimes the "simple" mods are the most effective.

I think it's a Windmill Cube transformation applied sideways.

As the recorder of Puzzles of 2010, I do explicitly recall a puzzle like this made last year. I cannot recall the title, maker, or time made, however. I only remember seeing this in a thread and a YouTube video before.

That's to say, you're not the first, but you did a splendid job on this one. If not for you saying so yourself, I'd think this was a professionally built puzzle.

This is really an easy MOD, i will not mind if it is my original or not.
Even if it is my original, i also think that is nothing special.

I just made this for a few day in my free time.

I don"t think this is not a special idea MOD.
For the original idea, I wanted to cut it again by using this MOD.
However, I stop on this state is because I think the hand made skill is very well on this cube, so I want to keep it.
I will make the cube that I original want to make later.

PS. I think a special idea can be say to be original, but it is meaningless if the original creation is not special.
