Does this shape have a name? Is it a small stellated dodecahedron? Reminds me of the space ship used to transport baby Kal-El in the first Superman movie :) Nice puzzle by the way.

I suppose the gaps between the pieces are needed to allow the puzzle turning?
Do you plan to make more extensions? Hint!!

You have glued black extensions on a white puzzle? Strange!

And two standard questions:
Edge length?
Weight?
