2x2x2 Tetrahedron and brothers

The 2x2x2 Tetrahedron was 3D-printed. The other ones (1x1x2 and three times 1x2x2) were cast with Oomoo and Silikon300 and bandaged.

Very neat series! However, Andreas is correct, there is not a 1x1x2 that is bisected through an edge. Was this done on purpose?

Thank you for the hints. But the missing puzzle was not done on purpose.

I do not want to clue a 2x2x2 mini inside. Therefore I made a simply mech. See picture.

But my wife don't need a second hand brush and don't give me the permission to use our broom.
