I thought so at first but it might be that you just turned 3 "faces" (initial megaminx faces) on the back side of the puzzle? I guess a Pattern where 3 centers are rotated around a corner and the rest is solved is not possible on a megaminx.

Lets compare collections. Regarding your first group image: I am missing two of those but only is avoided by purpose. You miss the octahinx. Regarding your second group image: I am missing two. I think this is the fourth megaminx in shape of the rhombic dodecahedron. Well made!
