a friend invented a mod of 3x3 similar to fisher cube, but cut only 2 edges (not all 4) to obtain the shape of a shield. stikering this cube with classic 6 colors.

i think.......mmmhhh a shield......

so first i mod a 3x3 cube like a shield cube
second, i reduce and pillowed the 2 shield faces and glue pieces like a floppy
third, the stickers. 2 way:
or use fantasy medieval coat-of-arms (dragon, lion, eagle, horse, griffon)
or real badges.
i decide to use coat-of-arms of my city.
stickers are not painted: are a collage of different colored paper adhesive, so badges are lightly raised

Cool! I would like to see a version which is made from plastic sheeting. This puzzle looks very cool though.

You can cut floppy in other way and implement emblems of cities, for example, see emblem of Peterhof



and emblem of Saint-Petersburg



BTW, could you please create for me the emblem floppy: with emblem of Peterhof on one side, and

Are the designs painted on, because they look fantastic! Although it looks great, the puzzle itself looks poorly made and I think using a floppy cube would have been a better idea.
