it's called a Dogoc :D
however the fact that it's been made before does nothing to diminish the awesomeness of this puzzle. Also, is this based from an mf8 minx or a PVC minx?

Is it based on a Dogic?

I'm almost certain that it is the same as the Dogoc puzzle, which is based on a Dogic. However, on the video, Incredible calls it a "Minoc", which would suggest that it's instead based on a Megaminx (which, of course, also has twelve axes of rotation). :D
