Wow, two nice mods in a row! I don't like this one as much, though, since I think one of the best parts of the icosahedron's aesthetics is its pointed tips.

Still, very nice mod! :D

I have to agree with Kapusta. I think that having the void parts in the center of the icosahedron faces would be better. It's still cool though. :)

But it looks like it uses a Holey Megaminx as a base. If it does and only has parts glued on, then that explains with the voids are in the corners rather than the centres. :?

Incredible, is it based on a Holey Megaminx? :D

It is based on a Holey Megaminx; I was thinking something like TomZ's Holey Octahedron.

Thank you all for the friendly comments.

Yes - there is a Holey Megaminx inside - I thougt it would look good near to the icosahedron minx mod I made some weeks ago.
Yes - it will be for sale soon - since I need the money for new material and building new puzzles
May be - I could do a void icosahedron/minx with the holes on the icosa faces...with some help...

This mod is pretty amazing :D it looks like it uses a different mechanism for Door's icosahedra. Is it stable?
