If this isn't KO, I'm going to buy one soon after buying the non-KO super floppy. :D

Well, it's definitely the Puzzlemaster42's design...

still technically not "KO" because there isn't a patent on it.

If you aren't sure, don't put in the link.

As Aleksey pointed out this is very clearly Adam's design. I will wait to hear his thoughts on the matter before allowing a link.

He doesn't have a list like Tony and as such hasn't been explicit about which of his designs he has claimed, but neither does Okamoto and he has been quite clear in his views . In general it is presumed a designer makes a claim on their work. I would hope an arrangement can be made like that for the Fisher cube.

Based on this statement it is clear you have not read our KO policy.

Please do so.

Read #14 here.
Rule #14 also contains a link to the KO policy thread here, which should also be read.

In fact, if you are not familiar with the KO policy it is quite likely there are other rules with which you are also not familiar. Please review those as well to avoid future misunderstandings.

I would also like to know how he feels about it. I pm'ed him when I was wanting to learn how to make one, and he seemed alright with it as long as he was getting credit, but like I said, I also contacted him about it.

In the past he has expressed that hand built puzzles of his design (with attribution and, yes, asking permission is always polite) were not a large concern for him. I believe this is why there was never any real issue with the few Axis cubes that have been hand built.
But his feelings about mass production of his designs was very much a different category. I do not think he would approve and am acting on this assumption until I hear otherwise.
