Made from a KO pyraminx that I got for my birthday and Mighty putty.
I had no plan for this as I was making it, I just cut wildly with a dremel, sanded, filled and stickered!
What was the point of this? To be completely new, random, and unique!

You should call it the "Pyrafusion".
Mix between "Pyraminx" and "confusion" because I am so confused where the puzzle turns if I look at it immediately, so I have to stare at it for 2 seconds before realizing how it turns.

That one was a hassle, I'm glad you like it!
It's actually pretty thick except for on the edges, because of the angle that it goes into the puzzle.

Sweet Mod! I would try to make something similar but i don't think I'd get too far. This is one "aimless mod" that turned out really nice!

another thing that would make this easy is because most megaminx's (atleast any that I've ever used) have solid cubies, so there's no need for filler.

How true is that? I have only cut into 3 megaminx(plural), the PVC (solid), MF8 (hollow), Chinaminx (hollow). I could be wrong, but I think most are hollow.
