This is my first unique puzzle design. I designed this in Rhino (for Mac). It is fully 3d printed with 1mm thick tiles that I colored with Sharpies. You may notice some discoloration on the tiles (specifically on the yellow side). This is because of two reasons: my hands were somewhat dirty when I colored the tiles, and the yellow ink from a Sharpie reacts with super glue and turns red! As you can see in the third picture, the puzzle just barely holds together. The pieces can come extremely close to falling out, but I think it is impossible for the puzzle to come apart. You may notice that the puzzle has both tiles and caps on the pieces. This is because I designed the tiles after I hollowed the puzzle and designed caps. When I put it up for sale on Shapeways, the corners will just have tiles, no caps. I will have it on Shapeways in a few minutes. EDIT: see below. Sorry about that, it's now fixed. It's still processing, however, so you may have to wait a bit.

I recently found that you can take much better quality videos directly in iMovie, rather than through Photo Booth. I took a new video, and the quality should be much higher once it processes fully. Link here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gQ3KPuZEmEU

Very well made, looks fantastic. The turning is great too! It's simple things like this that makes me happy. (Other more complicated ideas make my brain hurt)
