Really simple mod, corners were cut down and filled with milliput, puzzle was sanded and painted and then hand cut stickers with a four color mirrored pattern were applied. Movement is nice and is finger-trickable. Its not the best looking puzzle, but isn't bad. I will probably put it up on ebay, as i'm not a fan of the square-1 puzzle and still I am unable to solve it  I don't expect much out of it but would like someone to actually enjoy the puzzle. :D

Pics.

One of the pictures shows an up close shot of a cut face and stickers. It really makes the puzzle look worse than it actually is. The puzzle looks much better in person to me.

Cool! I see what you mean by a little rough, but that's cool. I may try and build one as a beginner build, not too too hard.

The stickers don't seem to line up too well, but it still looks very cool.

Even that mid-turn picture looks really scrambled to me  ! I think that milliput is difficut to work with, especially when using a Cut-then-fill method (I find it hard to sand without going through a ton of sandpaper), and you certainly did better then I did when using that method (I ended up with wasted sandpaper and mulliput sticking out everywhere before getting too frustrated to continue). That's definitely a nice choice of color scheme though (I like puzzles with more than one sticker color per piece).

I used milliput on my V-7 Hexagonal Dipyramid and had no problems, i was able to get the pieces quite smooth i thought. On this puzzle i decided I wanted to paint it to make sure it would all look identical and i thought the paint would fill in any malformations. Which it did not.
