This is my first time casting. I used masters from Shapeways to make molds with OOMOO 30. It was cast in Smooth-Cast 300. The turning is much better than I expected! Also, thank you to Dr. Sticker for the stickers, and TomZ for the files! VIDEOIf anyone is interested in buying one, I may be willing to make a couple more. Send me a PM, and we can work something out.

Apparently the pair of twisted eyes had tried very hard but still failed to grab the audience.
A very successful build, isn't it?

I hope this is not yet considered a bump, but I want to let you know that Cheese_board has made one Magic Octahedron for me. I think that nobody would recognize this as a first casting! Very well done! We had made a deal and then there was the announcement that a mass-produced Magic Octahedron will be available soon. I missed that and Cheese_board asked me if I still wanted it. I found that very decent of him, but yes, I still wanted it. Even when I get the mass-produced version I will be very glad that I own this puzzle, especially because it is a first casting.

I also very recently received one. Excellent deal, even if magic octahedrons finally get mass produced. Beautiful and good quality hand made puzzle, for a reasonable price.

Did I miss something? When/where are these going to be mass-produced?
