viewtopic.php?f=1&t=15995Already posted. Also, Roxanne said that it wasn't the January puzzle. Well, that's not exactly what she said, I think it was more along the lines of "the month isn't over yet." That being said, now we know that there is another puzzle coming in the next few weeks!

As a lover of black plastic I very much wanted these produced. As far as I am concerned a Fisher Cube is black with six colours. Uwe never got the minimum pre order quantity though and lets just say I had to intervene to get them made.

Hehe, just so people know, the Octagon Barrel has recently been reproduced by Maru. It's not the best quality but it works well enough if you really want one. So stop making Tony cringe.

Thank you Tony Fisher for confirming it was made in Uwe's factories. Was it built in proportion to a Fisher Cube or a 3x3?

Although I am obviously involved, a lot goes on behind the scenes that I don't really know about and I don't have an awful lot of contact with Uwe. Usually Roxanne knows far more than I do since she is physically closer. As I understand it though Uwe put in a special request to the same company so no I don't think it's Uwe's factory. I don't think he really has a factory as such anyway. I am sure Rox will correct me if I am wrong. I assume the proportions are the same as the white one.

I don't know about the Fisher's cube, but I'll find out tonight for you. No, he doesn't own a factory. He uses factories for production. I know of them, and they are "good" factories. Quality products at good prices and seem to have concern for the workers. At any rate, I'm glad to see it in black. White is nice, but black is traditional and I'm nothing if not that.
