Urgh! If I understand it, you made 8 completey asymmetrical cuts on the corners: The cut lengths are 1 cubie, 1.5 cubies and 2 cubies. I told my computer to analyze this cuts and to find all variants with this cutting technique which are at least a bit symmetrical and then I decided to go for something else... Great minds think alike.

Well done! Interesting way of cutting the cube and nice pattern of cuts.
The photos in the links are coming out really small for me.

yeah sorry about that justin, i reduced their size to about 140x105 because i was going to post the actual picture on the topic not the link. i can always enlarge them, or you can watch the youtube video for a better look =p
