After those astonishing mods lately I want to lower the bar...

Im guessings its like the top layer of a super square 1 sort of.

I think the outside part rotates. It looks like a bandaged version of the 2 layer one and so I think that the two bandaged layers rotate together.

only less fun, it seems. I think the maximum it can get scrambled is around 3 moves.

Awesome puzzles! The last one is like a Rubik's UFO without moving the 2 layers from each other.

They all look like they could be made with a puck puzzle or two, bandaging and extending the pieces, and then glueing two together to make another layer.

At least somebody answered here.
The first four mods are made from 4-layer-Square-1's.
katsmom presented a technique for doing this some time ago.

The last one is indeed a bandaged and truncated puck.
Only the 3-layer hexagonal prism is left... Not this year!
