I don't see the problem. Oskar himself is not posting his puzzles on the forum but indeed posting his videos on Youtube.

Question: How do we know the forum member "Oskar" is Oskar Van Deventer? Has he said or shown any information that it was him or were peoplejust assuming?
But anyways, nice puzzle.

But anyways, nice puzzle. Forum member Oskar is indeed Mr. Van Deventer. As for posting his puzzles, I don't believe he minds it as it saves him the trouble of doing the same, much like Mr. Okamoto who is also a forum member. If it bothers him I'm sure he will say something to someone.

He should make a series of alphabetic puzzles, from A to Z... and numerical, from 0-9... The collectors will like them

Why stop at Z? A full Greco-Roman alphabet would all the more epic. In particular, I would like Phi, Theta, Kappa, and Omega.

That's cool. Technically he's also made an I cube if you turn the H on it's side. C and N if you turn the U.
