I is loves pillowed dodecahedronses!!! The pillowed Megaminx looks great, much better than the original. Someone should masse-produce these, because I will certainly buy them over the normal Megaminx! Only bad thing about pillow is that they can't be tiled. :(

Looks really nice!

I wonder how easily it could get away from you though on a not so level table.

I like the look of the pillowing. I imagine it must have taken forever to get every face pillowed exactly the same. Can we see a scrambled pic?

Very pretty! It's shaped like the teraminx, but has few enough pieces that I might be able to keep my (in?)sanity if I attempted it.

I wonder how silly it would be to anti-pillow it?

Sorry for posting again but I have a question. is it made by sanding or by casted tiles?

to answer all of your questions, i simply just sanded it to be like this, and the pvc megaminx is solid, so there was no filling required. and when it is scrambled it still stays pillowed and smooth, all the pieces are pillowed the same.

im glad that everybody likes it, mabey ill make some more if people will buy them. :D

So it wasn't really pillowed, just "unsharpened"? :P

Looks beautiful!

That's still some really tedious work: sanding, scrambling, sanding, scrambling,..... Hundreds of times.

Great job!

How do you find a PVC megaminx? I would love to have a solid one to mod.
