I start on the belt sander to take down the majority of the material, followed by a couple different files to get closer to my marks. Then I disassembled it and filled each piece with Apoxie Sculpt....... re-assembled....sanded.....disassembled to round the edges of each piece........ cleaned each piece (see below)...... reassembled one last time and lubed it. I turn the puzzle as I'm sanding to make sure everything lines up on all sides.

I got a question for you guys.
Could anyone please answear it?
I want to make the same mod because i love the look of it (sorry if I steal your ideas) and I wouold love to know if it would be better to fill first and then sand or first sand and then fill???
