Absolutely amazing job. Now should we expect a spherical pyraminx crystal next? Or has that already been done?

Wow. This really must have been time consuming, as you say, 8 hours for stickers alone?! Very elegant. Those corners are so tiny! Tony Fisher wrote: I also considered combining black and white pieces That doesn't tend to look good

I believe he meant a 7x7 ball in a 6x6, not a 7x7 ball in a 4x4.

Simply amazing...I'm seriously impressed! The amount of work that must have gone into making it a ball...it's mind boggling!

Very very nice, just like all of your puzzles.
How do you get the rounding to be so smooth and uniform?

Super impressive work. I seriously think you've made a perfect sphere here! The quality of this puzzle is absolutely outstanding. Another fisher masterpiece...coming soon in black too? Can't wait to see that.

I can't believe you actually made it! I personally like the Meffert's style stickers on the white cube. Just my 2 cents.

Wow, I can't believe I picked up on this when you were so close to being done! Congrats Tony, simply amazing, although it makes me even more envious of you . Synester wrote: It just amazes me how you make puzzles so spherical like this do you mind telling us your technique? I agree, what's your technic? And will we be seeing a v cube 7 ball in a v-cube 6? Or would you need the 7x7 ball pieces to be smaller in order to fit?

Absolutely fabulous Tony! (All other exclamations have been already used, sorry) I mean it. Although I was expecting it, I wasn't quite sure if the mechanism would allow it, leaving room for perfect movements. Just brilliant. Thanks for sharing it with us. Vadim

Even Konstantinos Verdes was doubtful it would work if created by cut down alone.

The biggest part on the inside is the smallest part on the outside I already foun this funny with normal 6x6 and 7x7 corners, but this beats it all!

This puzzle shows why Tony is a master craftsman. I doubt hat a CAD version would be any better.
Excellent work!
One question though. What material do you use for the stickers? It seems to have a texture to it.
