I have a little question about this puzzle.

What´s the name of it?
I have seen it called Russian Flower or Festival Flower and Festivalnij Zwetoc but is it the right name of it. I think someone have called Fill The Circle. It´s also exist a version which look like a flower. I am intrested in information about this. Designer? year? Which version was first, the flower or this?

Some information from an auction:
Festival flower is the emblem of the World Festival of Youth and Students, and the puzzle was released in 1985 to the XII festival, which took place in Moscow."Fill The Circle" is the successor of the "festival flower". Made in 1987.
I only saw the package of this puzzle once here, it seems quite similar with that of festival flower, with same words printed. Maybe we need someone who understand Russian to get to know where the name derives from.

I heard many times the Russian name of this puzzle as "Telefonchik" - this word is the mod of "telephone", like "small phone".

I can say "Festival flower" and "Telefonchik" are identical from solving point of view,
but have different shape.

More probably, we should have two different records for these puzzle in the museum.

In general translation is correct (my English is not perfect, therefore
feel free to correct the text for the museum), but my version is:

ОСТ 17-296-75 - Отраслевой стандарт (ОСТ) — "Industry Standards" - the set of rules,
standards, requirements etc. for quality assurance. "17-296-75" is ID.
ОТК 1/ф - "Отдел технического контроля" - Department of quality assurance.

Moscow Festival was in 1985, July 27 - August 3. I think on that year "Festival Flower"
was released. "Telefonchik" may be released on that year too.

we see the date of production "April 29, 1987", but it doesn't mean that
the puzzle was released in 1987. More probably it was released in 1985,
but I don't know exactly.

In Russian we have the same word "пазл" pronounced as "puzzle".
Пазл means Jigsaw puzzle, for example http://images.mytoys.com/intershoproot/eCS/Store/de/images/214/98/2149899-l.jpg
but never means "logic toy". For logic toy we have other word
"головоломка" (which is written in the title on back side). This
word means "breaking of head". So, the better translation of the
title would be

Logic toy
F L O W E R

If you are in Russia and would like to buy twisty puzzles,
don't ask "пазл", say головоломка / golovolomka or Rubik's cube.

In USSR almost all factories produced not only prime products,
but some secondary goods too. For example, aircraft repair factory
