Though it looks like the standard Euro coin will soon become even more rare.

What would one of these cost (in normal euro )?

There was a plan to use the cube on the 2 Eurocent coin, but it was about 10 yeas ago.
I do not know, will they use it or not, when we will have Euro, but I hope so.

Believe me, now is not exactly a good time to join the Euro, you should thank your lucky stars that Hungary managed to avoid being directly involved in this mess!

I could not agree more to that. For example, since the substitution of the Drachma by the Euro,
people in Greece were paid less and all the goods cost more. The Greek "problem" is not really
Greek, as the real problem lies to the other bad economies (and not only in Europe) of larger
countries with a LOT more population and much bigger debts than tiny Greece! My point is that,
only politicians will gain (big time) from this move, not the rest.

I won't add more to that, as I am getting way off topic, but would gladly discuss it in private.

And in any case, a Rubik's cube on a coin ALWAYS looks fantastic!!!

Probably you all right about we are lucky that we do not have Euro yet, but I think this discussion is about if we will have Euro in Hungary some day, it would be nice to have a coin with the cube.
