I broke my chess super master magic a few years ago, and I just now decided to fix it. I attached pictures of the damage. One square came out, and there is a mess of tangled (but unbroken) strings. I am having trouble getting it back in place, but I don't want to take the entire thing apart and restring it. I am wondering what other people think. Is this the link I would need to restring it:

I could personally fix it quite fast, but it definitely needs someone with experience.
A good suggestion for someone new, is to cut all the strings which are out and then
to apply new ones. Good luck.

Disassemble it completely. This way you’ll save all strings. Use tiles and strings to assemble your own 1x3, 2x2, 2x3 magics. It is easy to find information how to do this. You will experience more fun than playing with the Chess magic. And as a side effect you’ll get enough skills and knowledge to reassemble the Chess magic.
