So, just imagine SoldWorks (or equivalent) was a free download. Would you use it to create the next masterpiece? Could you use it to create the next masterpiece? Would you just keep with your "hands on" building methods to make new puzzles?

A few of Autodesk products ARE for free download RM614 !
I have a free license for 5 years on AutoCAD 2011 download straight from their website =)

SolidWorks free for the general public? I might take them up on such a offer if there was a Linux Version. In the meantime, I will stick to FreeCAD.
