Anyone know an email for contact with the jade club?

I dont receive one puzzle and I am tryng to contact in the paypal email, but i dont receive any answer

I was about to ask the same question as I'm short one puzzle as well.

i think jadeclub and meffert have problem to receive emails from Gmail (in my experience)...
try with Hotmail

I am bumping this because I have a similar problem.
I have ordered a pyraminx (the new ones) from jade club on february 9th, got confirmation of my payment from paypal but since then... nothing has happened.
Is this normal ?
I've tried sending an email without any answer, and I'm starting to get a bit worried :s

You say nothing has happened but what makes you think it hasn't being processed and posted?

I have no idea, it might... but I have no way to check that.

And in my experience I've always received a confirmation mail when the order has been shipped (that is, with every other retailer, it's my first time ordering on the jade club).
So that's why I'm asking here to see if it's normal to not receive a confirmation mail, or if I have to start worrying.

I received an e-mail from mefferts indicating that there were production delays on the newer pyraminx. They said to ship a few days later from today.

I have always has trouble contacting mefferts or the jade club, it always takes a lot of emails to get an answer and sometimes no answer at all. But last week I ordered some products from the jade club so I sent an email to jades@jadeclub.org with copy to vip@jadeclub.org, mpg@mefferts.com and mpg2@mefferts.com to see if my products where shipped, and to my surprise I got an answer within an hour. Maybe you could try sending the email to this adresses and see if you have luck getting an answer.
