If the logo of a puzzle is on the corner (4x4 with cube smith logo on the corner) can I use it at a competition

Technically, no:

WCA regulations (http://www.worldcubeassociation.org/regulations/), retrieved 31-7-2010 wrote:

3l1) Colourless logos (max. 1 logo per colour) that are engraved are not considered as logos.
