It's not, but I think Jade Club may get first priority.

My Jade Pyraminx arrived today. I really like it, but I can understand why some people don't. I'm glad I didn't get the cube though, as I already have several 3x3x3s and the Jade one is smaller. I didn't have a Jing's Pyraminx though, so this is a nice one to start with. Now I'm just waiting for my Trignis. Alex

For those who did not get the email notice about ordering the Mosaic Cube: Did you reserve it through the Jade Club site?

Anybody have any trouble ordering these? I placed my order through Jades, paid with paypal as I always do and then clicked link to return to merchant to get my Mefferts/Jades receipt. When I get back to Jades, I am logged out and get no receipt from them other than the one I get from paypal.
You think my order is alright? I thought maybe on Mefferts there would be an order that would show up in my list of orders, but nothing. Anyone have the same experience? Seems like the Jades purchase thing needs some afterthought.

So, I'm convinced yours is OK as well. I'll check with Uwe again, if this is to be expected or not. Usually, when I place an order at Meffert's I ask for the additional $ 2 tracking service. The Jade ordering process has not offered this. I'll check that with Uwe, too.

You can email Uwe(at jadeclub.org) to get the tracking number, that's what I did when I got impatient on my vulcano order. I do not know what's the default shipping method. The vulcano is through registered airmail while the Jade puzzles are through unregistered. Both from Jade club.

I don't know about that, I got my Jades puzzles, both of them through registered mail and I didn't get to specify that. Actually that made it a pain in the butt for me to get them too, since I am never home when the mail comes.

Aside from the normal Jade puzzles, I also bought the Jade Imperial white collectors cubes from the Jade Website. To my surprise, the 3x3x3 has a different pattern on one face. Has anyone else seen this?

My Jade Cube came today and it's smaller then a normal size 3x3x3. (which is not a big deal) In fact it's cute! (where's the smiley that's in love?)

I know that the Jade Cube is smaller than a standard 3x3x3, but is the Jade Pyraminx smaller than a standard Jing's Pyraminx? I don't have one to compare, but the Jade Pyraxminx is fairly big already, so a bigger one might not be very easy to turn. Alex

Way smaller, in fact it isn't much bigger than the Jade Cube.

I got my jade puzzles, and I'd show a picture comparing the jade pyraminx with the jing's pyraminx, but I can't get pictures off my camera right now. I lost my SD card reader D:

The photo doesn't show this really, but the Jade Pyraminx stands a bit higher than the Rubik's Cube. Here is photo of the two Jade Puzzles by themselves: The Pyraminx is considerably bigger than the Cube. In my opinion, the Jade Pyraminx has the right size and the original is huge. BTW, it is a mystery to me how anybody can use the u-word for those jewels. I'm pretty sure that there are not many objects of taste, where I would be in agreement with this person

Ok.... I've got one of these $4.20 Credit Vouchers and I just went to Jade Club to order the Mosaic Cube and use my voucher. PayPal doesn't accept my voucher number and I don't see any place to enter it on the Jade Club website. How exactly do I use this credit voucher? The directions from Uwe simply state: Uwe wrote: You may use this for any purchases from the Jade club or Meffert’s Puzzles store, simply send the voucher number together with your order and deduct US$4.20 from your purchase. But I don't see a way to deduct the $4.20... Help, Carl

Hey guys, I just got my Imperial Pyraminx today and I'm very happy about it! Here are the pictures of it and a broad size comparison to a Rubik's Cube. I plan on making a vid of it on Youtube, but I'm worried that this can be a spoiler alert for those who haven't gotten it yet If you guys decide you want me to, PM me on if I should or not.

I received my jade cube today. It's tiny but that doesn't bother me much. The colors are also kind of light. For example, the blue side is only very light blue compared to the dark blue color shown in Jadeclub website. However, overall I like the cube. The whitish body is gorgeous & the cube is heavy compared to it's size. Good job, jadeclub!!

I received my jade club pyraminx today, it is quite heavy and very small as stated before, which I like. However it is rediculously tight, the corners are beeing pulled into the spider very hard and because of it, they do not lay flush with the rest of the puzzle. I tried to lube it but it responded very badly to this! making it even harder to turn and squeeking on every turn..
The overall look is pretty nice, but I do wonder why the colors differ so much from those shown on the website.

I had the "Internet connection error" when I put my password In first. I soon discovered that this may not have been the issue when I logged in later (don't recall what I entered first).

I've still not had my Jade Pyraminx puzzle through. I'm a little worried though about the address. It is correct on the site, but it lists all the things on the address in a seemingly random order. Things like streetname after county. Stuff like that.

"seemingly random order" should not be a problem. They'll put it in order. However, I suggest you send an e-mail to Meffert at his jadeclub address confirming your address. I uploaded my jadeclub address long time ago. However, the puzzle was shipped the day after I send him an e-mail with my address.

@sasĂ 41 - Yes I believe that is the case.
@heiowge - If you find out the best email to contact him let me know. I have had concerns with my Mosaic Cube order through Jades and have emailed him at his Jades address several times with no response. I want to order the new Prof Pyraminx, but if I have the same trouble and my order didn't go through with the Mosaic I don't know if I should bother.

Check your spam filter/inbox as some people have had Meffert’s emails show up there. Also, be sure to sign up to reserve any puzzle you are interested in if you want notice that they are available. But only do so for puzzles you are really going to buy. Meffert’s uses these reservations to judge the popularity of some puzzles. In the past there has been issues with a lot of people reserving a puzzle but only a few of them actually following through with the purchase.
