Nikola, I have decided it is your turn to make a Meffert mass produced puzzle. Contact him and get some of your brilliant designs produced! Do it for the good of us all! :D

I think this kind of conversation between you and Nikola might be better suited for PMs.

I posted this publicly because i actually have no jurisdiction over what Mr. Meffert produces, and I wanted other peoples opinions on Nikola's work.

While I'm at it, you should do it too Scott! :D

Whilst it would be cool of Mr Bedard to allow mefferts to sell his puzzles, he already has his own store to sell them.

However I think that the Master Skewb would look great on the Meffert's website ;)

Guys, we need to understand that Mr. Meffert is not just running around mass producing everything he sees. Mass producing a puzzle is a very expensive and time consuming process. Plus, he has a lot on his plate right now, and I think it would be selfish to expect him to be mass producing everyone's custom puzzles. Thank you Mr. Meffert for all the terrific work you've done!

And you, my fine Sir, have to understand where I'm coming from. I'm not expecting Mr. Meffert to produce anything, by any means. I find that Nikola has some intriguing designs that Uwe may find interest in producing, and I'm suggesting that Nikola contact him and see if he finds any interest in said designs, otherwise, we will never know if they could have been produced and Nikola and the community missed the oppurtunity to own a great puzzle.

Why is this such a problem? Stop being so sensitive.

well if 500 different people pester Mr. Meffert about MPing 500 different puzzles, none of them will be made. He is already making several great puzzles and thinking of producing a VOID MINX. what more can you ask?

Also, no disrespect to Alokin, but aren't most of his puzzles just cool 3x3 mods?

Sounds like you came into this expecting an argument. Scott wasn't being overly sensitive, hes just stating the truth.

This whole topic has been completely taken out of context.

Yes, Scott was posting the truth, but it's completely unrelated to anything I was saying.

TheCube, you are completely off base and clearly didn't read anything I said.

and No, Garrett, I wasn't looking for an argument. This topic has gone the complete wrong way I was expecting. And Yes, Scott's second post was overly sensitive and coming from left field.

Nevermind children.

I think your topic is misleading. Let's examine:

EMarx wrote:

How is this your decision? I believe it is Mr. Meffert's.

EMarx wrote:

I don't see the connection. Is this a topic about mass production or an opinion thread? And I really don't appreciate your elitist attitude. I don't care if you are older than me, I don't appreciate being called a "child".

Please do not selectively pick and choose the things I say to support your own argument. If you would have read anything past the first post, and not butchered my second post, you'd have the answer to both your questions.

This has went the complete wrong way than I expected. I'm glad twistypuzzles is the great place it used to be. Thank you forum security guards for overcompensating where you are completely unneeded.

See past your nose, Garrett. You and Scott have both blown this topic way out of proportion. It's almost unreal.

I can see quite far past my nose, actually. I believe my computer screen is about 3 feet past my nose. I mean, I AM nearsighted, but I have contacts for that

Perhaps this is better for PMs rather than cluttering this topic.

i think this topic should be deleted immediately

Mr. Meffert has done great work and im sure
he wasnt bullied or pushed into MPing anything

this discussion would be better held through pm's

but then again

to each his own.

how? you are essentially telling Mefferts to made another puzzle, and you have been refuted.

...um, you should listen to yourself-
