This 7x7x7 combines a shape transformation with heavy bandaging. It was transformed into a cylinder. When this is done to other cubes the designers usually ensure that the top and bottom sides of the cylinder are identical with two of the original sides. In this case the designer placed two edges on the original top and bottom sides.
He also bandaged the puzzle heavily with a single block in a siamese-like puzzle so that only 6 of 18 turns remain available.
