A jumbling only puzzle with 36 axes, 12 of them doctrinaire.
The puzzle has a total of 36 axes, 12 with 3-fold symmetry, and 24 jumbling only. But thanks to the exposed core the puzzle needs no screws.
Interesting about the Sprout-type geometry, is that there is no direct analog of it on the Dodecahedron. This means that some creative freedom can be used in where to place the 3-fold doctrinaire axes. The configuration chosen here ended up being to place them on every vertex, except on 8 of them, that line up with the vertices of a Cube. Each vertex represents the position of one of the axes. The resulting cut pattern ended up having a leaf on every face, which is very appropriate for the name of this puzzle.
This is one of the puzzles the inventor presented during DCD in 2019 but did not publish it until 2020.
