A star-like shape out of five tetrahedra with a hybrid axis system.

This puzzle is a shape variant of the Polaris Pyraminx. The inventor used the mechanically solved position and reshaped it into a concave solid that can explained like this: A tetrahedron on which four additional tetrahedra are glued.
It allows four turns. One for each of the applied tetrahedra. Beyond that it allows the 2x2x2 moves.
