A Skewb with one additional type of turn akin the Krystian's Cube. Or: The Maple Leaves Skewb with deeper edge cuts.

This puzzle follows the footsteps of the Maple Leaves Skewb. Like its predecessor the puzzle combines the moves of the skewb but with an extra degree of freedom. If one aligns the centers in midturn, one can do a 'curvy copter' style turn that swaps some pieces from each center. This type of turn was first seen in Krystian's Cube. Unlike its predecessor in this puzzle the additional turn swaps ten pieces instead of three.

The puzzle has 18531885145764149083646152398016949847584813117052320023668355237742566123587010931870890795272470362324992000000000000000000000 = 18.5*10^126 permutations if all pieces are considered distinguishable and their orientations visible.
Compared with the number available if the puzzle can be disassembled and reassembled there are these restrictions:
-The corners are split into two sets, each forming a tetrahedron.
-The orientation of one set of corners and the position of the fifth corner determines the overall permutation of the corners.
-The orientation of the last face is determined by the other five.
-The permutations of the T-Pieces are always even.
-The permutations of the Wings are always even.
-The permutations of the two subset of Obliques always have the same parity.
Stickered as shown here the puzzle has 217104999677210349396758037854170425989496972978233094280960931820208128000000000000000000000 = 217*10^90 permutations.
