This gorgeous puzzle is actually a truncated Skewb Diamond.
This was one of five new puzzles that Tony Fisher unveiled at the Dutch Cube Day held in Leiden on Sunday October 6, 2002.
In 2010 Uwe Meffert produced a batch of these under the name Skewb Hex. This was the by-product of a assignment between the a UK-based rock band MUSE and Uwe Meffert because of which Meffert produced another batch of these with different stickers.
