This is a 4x4x4 which was bandaged into an AI Cube and then customly painted. The designer explains the theme:
About ten years ago, this item was set to take the puzzle world by storm. Hi-res LED display, and rudimentary artificial intelligence. Well, it didn't stay rudimentary for long. By the time the programmers got 'lil skynet' offline, there had been four electrocutions among playtesters, and one spontaneous combustion. This puzzle is the last remaining copy. I'm sure it's safe...
