The middle layer of a 1x2x3 is split up. Here it forms a 2x2 instead of the usual 1x2.
This puzzle inverts the concept of the Square-1. There the middle layer is the trivial one which allows only one turn and the outer layers consist of many pieces. In this new puzzle the opposite is the case.
