Two intersecting circles of different sizes with one allowing steps of 30.

Weird Disk 4x12 is a flat twisty puzzle with an unusual "Brammed" geometry. Bram Cohen discovered the general geometry and posted it at the Twisty Puzzles Forum. This flat version has one disk with 4-fold symmetry and the other with 12-fold symmetry.
Usually puzzles with intersecting circles can only be doctrinaire if the circles turn in steps of 180, 120, 90 or 60. One circle of this puzzle allows steps of 30.
Any two circles can be "intersected", no matter how many steps the circles allow, as long as the intersection is shallow enough. This puzzle goes beyond that simple solution as there are many more pieces in the intersection area.
Diameter: 88 mm (small circle)
Diameter: 161 mm (large circle)
