In solved shape the puzzle resembles very closely the Coronaminx but unlike that the Sunminx allows only turns parallel to the faces of a dodecahedron.
Like the Sun Cube (from which its name was obvisously derived) it allows twice the number of cuts on the faces which means it allows turns of 36°.
Like the Sun Cube (aka: Super Octo Cube) the result is a jumbling puzzle.
Mass produced in black, white and transparent yellow.
