The inventor designed this puzzle as something he calls "another Starminx Hybrid". It has the same same weight and size as the Constellation.
On a more technical level: The puzzle allows three face turns (see image 3) and two corner turns (see image 4). It has some stored cuts and not all turns are always possible. Due to the regular arrangement of the axes the puzzle does not jumble but is bandaged.
