The puzzle is a sliding tile puzzle similar to the 15 puzzle with the difference that the "plunger" at the back can be rotated which causes the 4 corner tiles to rotate - also some moves are blocked as the corner tiles can only slide in one direction depending on the orientation of the twist. This is the fifth known variant of the puzzle.
