A standard 3x3x3 cube with sliced off sections giving it 14 sides but only moved in three axis. Solved as a normal Rubik's cube.
It is very similar to the "Truncated Cube" and the "Truncated Trajber's Octahedron", though this one is deeper cut as the former and shallower than the latter.
Back in the eighties it was sold under the names "Wonderful Puzzler", "Diamond Puzzler" and "Dream puzzler".
It was mentioned in David Sigmasters Cubic Circular Issue 1 from Autum 1981.
