This is the MegaEgg or Megaminx Egg, it was made by Hugo Hiarmes, inspired by Tony Fisher's 5x5x5 egg puzzle.
It was the idea that a puzzle egg, out of a megaminx could be possible, first, the extensions, and then they need to sanding and fixed, then it was time to sand the entire puzzle body, convert similar into a ball.
After Hugo sold the first sample, Jason Gavril came up with the name Eggaminx which was since adopted by the inventor. Jason also restickered the puzzle. You can see his version in images 3-6.
In November 2018 Alexandr Bezrukov presented another version resembling the Columbus' egg with a flat bottom. Please refer to images 7-9.
