This puzzle is another hybrid of a 2x2x2 and a Rainbow Cube. Functionally it is identical to the never-stickered Curvy Dino 2x2x2 Cube although the corners of the cubical version could have visible orientation, given appropriate stickers.
Version 2 (see image 4) adds additional bits of plastic to make visible the orientation of the central pieces.
