This puzzle combines a black sphere with 6 coloured knobs: pink, purple, blue, green, orange, yellow.
Each of the six knobs has 2 possible positions: ‘inwards’ or ‘outwards’.
Pushing an ’outside’ positioned knob ‘inwards’ results in the situation that 0, 1 or 2 other knobs that are positioned ‘inwards’ jump ‘outwards’. Knobs that are positioned ‘inwards’ cannot be pushed ‘outwards’ by pushing them again.
There are 2 additional ‘sunken’ black knobs on opposite sites of the sphere. One of these can be seen in image 1, in the middle between the purple and orange knob.
Simultaneously pushing these 2 knobs inwards results in the situation that all knobs are pushed to the ‘outwards’ position (as in image 1) which is meant to be the starting position.

There is an alternative packaging labeled "Innova Applied Technology" Long Beach CA (USA) [F154]. Since Innova Applied Technology is a company in the USA, it might be that this version was a promotional version.
